Suing Alice, er Disney

Furniture designer Arman Mkrtchyan is suing Disney Corp., claiming he owns the “chair heart” design as shown in the movie Alice in Wonderland and that he did not get a cent for that. Not even a movie pass! He wants to be paid now, to the tune of 50,000 USD.

Is his story a fairy tall tale?  The L.A. County Superior Court will help answer that question.
