Eton plans to launch new projects

BULLISH that sales will further pick up in the second half, the Lucio Tan-led Eton Properties Philippines Inc. (EPPI) is planning to launch in the next quarter two new development projects located in Quezon City and in Laguna.
In an interview over the weekend, EPPI president Danilo Ignacio said they are interested to sell lots and housing units within its 8.6-hectare property in Fairview for about P2 million to P3 million each and start a new phase in Eton City in Santa Rosa, the company’s most ambitious project, to date.
For Eton City, the plan is to also sell lots and units to be put up on a 20-hectare land. If this proceeds as planned, this will be the third project of EPPI within Eton City, following the 75-hectare South Lake Village and the middle-income residential development called River Bend.
“As you see recovery, you also see opportunity to address the needs of the market,” said Ignacio.
