This holds true for Maricel Bisbal, a housewife from Pasig City, whose family was one of those affected by the havoc of Typhoon Ondoy late last year. With the ongoing renovation of their two-story residence, Bisbal’s budgeting skills have been put to a test. Already, with her husband’s meager stipend, she is on a constant belt-tightening mode just to make ends meet.
“Fortunately, a neighbor of mine told me about this warehouse sale near our place,” she related.
So what’s this warehouse, exactly? It’s the main office of CYA Industries Inc., the exclusive distributor of GE appliances in the Philippines, at 103 Mercedes Avenue, barangay San Miguel, Pasig City. The warehouse is open daily (except Sunday), from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
