People Power Day.
A coup d’etat supported-by-the-church-and-people-day.
A jolly-jumping-Fidel-day.
Cory Day.
Ninoy Day.
Dyosko-day. For us, today is an ordinary working day.

BTW, a leader can’t do much to save the pearl of the orient. Mapa-tycoon pa yan o anak ng bayani or si Bayani mismo. It’s us individually who can make it happen. Promises are cheap.
