SmoothDraw is an easy natural painting and digital free-hand drawing software that can produce high quality pictures. Support many kinds of brushes (pen, pencil, dry media, airbrush, bristle brush, image hose, etc.), retouch tools, layers, image adjustment, and many effects… Works great with tablets and Tablet PC.
Latest version (3.2.6) features:
- Tablet pressure enhancer panel, which allows you adjust pressure input.
- Improved UI usability, especially for drawing with a tablet.
- Ctrl key to temporarily use eyedropper tool in brush tool mode.
- Supported the eraser on the other end of stylus.
- Eyedropper continues picking color while drag.
- Fixed the strokes’ thin tail issue which happens on some tablets.
It also supports image transform, adjustments and effects; Layers and Layer blend modes; Free canvas rotation. You can draw and paint in super quality, with special sub-pixel level smoothing for thin lines. Work with Windows 2000, XP, Vista and Win 7.
Developed by a small team focusing on graphics, and especially freehand style drawing. The goal is to minimize the artificial effects caused by the nature of computer graphics, so as to produce natural images as in the artists’ mind.
