Urinal that can lower building’s Maynilad water bill?

Of all sites, I saw this posted at ENGADGET. The eco-friendly urinals is by Yanko Design. Nice idea but reading through the comments section of of ENGADGET, there are lots of valid points brougth up. Like…
The privacy, the back splash, too many corners, and why the mirror for men?, the concern for “how about em tall guys?”, the possible extended wait time for those who are in NEED, the glass sink is a nice open invitation for jacka##e# and drunks to pee on, the additional rectangular space in between urinals is an extra urinal waiting to happen. Nice idea (it won an award in fact) and illustration but there are some, ahmm, holes in it. And the biggest concern with the usability of this design is, DO MEN WASH AFTER LIQUIDATING?
And so here in the Philippines, if the contractor/owner/architect/sanitary engineer are not ready to implement these urinals in their next commercial building, how about looking at Falcon water-free, touch-free urinals instead to save water, and earth.
