- Present design & dimensions. Clients supply model photos or their own design. Send photos via email or personal visit.

- Collaboration with client. Working closely with the client to review and to refine design concept, form & style of the customized furniture.
- Contract furniture details like price, leadtime, delivery are discussed.
- Final job order check of the made-to-order furniture.
- 50% downpayment is needed, balance upon pick up/delivery/installation of the custom-made furniture.
- The build and construction of the furniture.
- Finally, delivery or pick up.[/hidepost]
