Shanghai’s One Dog Policy

The 1 child policy is old, Shanghai has new city house rule… the one dog policy. Starting May 1, over half million dogs will be declared illegal. These dogs will be distributed to those who have none and want um, ONE. Paper works shall be done then.
But like in the Philippines, Chinese find ways to break these kinds of rule. I dunno how they can go around this new rule though. It’s a simple one house, one dog policy.
Speaking of dogs & houses, our condo rules got this rule, NO PETS POLICY. It’s not followed though, I hear tiny little barks every now and then. How about your condo homeowners association rules & regulation, does it allow dogs & cats?
