A ruler for warfare

ruler, ready aim fire a rubber...
This got my attention. I always carry a cheap wooden ruler (available @ school supplies stores like expressions and National Bookstore) for quick draws. But after seeing this ruler, I am thinking upgrade! A ruler that fires rubber bands.
The ruler actually has cutcouts that could pass like a template for something. But the cuts are really made to fire rubber bands. Material is acrylic. Coz Im already out of school, I’m thinking ‘roaches as targets or plain plastic cups to release stress.
